You  don’t need expensive machines or equipment to lose weight at home. You can still get your body active and moving, which will help you slim down and feel energized. There are many ways to loss the weight.

This problem creates when we take more calories in our food.It produces a large quantity of fat which is harmful for our health . It is nice way to burn more calories then we can reduce the weight. It is important to decrease food calories from whole. If we are taking balanced diet so there can not be any problem of weight.


We can lose the weight with the help of different kinds of exercises.  


  • Lose weight by eating! Cool diet plan! If you're serious about losing weight, never go more than five hours without eating. Eat three meals a day and choose a healthy snack between lunch and dinner.
  • Jump rope for a great, portable, low-cost workout. You can either buy a jump rope or you can make one for yourself out of plastic strips or rope.
  • Make sure that you don’t skip your breakfast. By starting your day with breakfast you will have managed hunger throughout the day. It helps to evenly spread your hunger and manages your appetite.
  • Get up early in the morning at 5:00 am and start doing your household work and if you don't have any work start doing exercises or yogas. Warning : Once you will start this do it regularly and if you will rest for one or two day your body will ache.
  • Drink a lot of water regularly,take fruit juices, go for walk very often,eat a lot of fresh fruit & vegetables,fat free milky products.
  • Choose exercises that are full body movements that mimic everyday patterns. These will use more energy and incorporate more muscle groups and will teach your body how to move as a whole more efficiently.
