1. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time. 


2. Set the Set Automatically option to off. 


3. Tap the date and set it several days ahead. 


4. Start Candy Crush Saga and see the number of lives increase. 


5. Go back to Settings > General > Date & Time. 


6. Set the Set Automatically option to on.
